Before you pack anything, talk to us
Send an inventory list first — metals, forms, approximate weights. We will confirm the indicative advance and tell you whether it clears the $15,000 minimum before you spend anything on shipping.
This matters most for silver. Silver is heavy and expensive to ship, and it takes roughly $23,000 of it to support the minimum loan. Finding that out after posting it is an avoidable annoyance.
Insurance in transit
Collateral is insured while it travels. The specific carrier and coverage are arranged when you set up the loan, not improvised on the day.
Never ship precious metal uninsured, and never declare it as something it is not. Both void the cover you are relying on.
What verifies fastest
Recognised refiner bars with original assay packaging. Sealed mint tubes and monster boxes. Anything uniform and identifiable.
Slowest: loose mixed coin, unmarked bars, and anything requiring individual weighing and testing. It is all accepted — it simply takes longer, which delays funding.
Or bring it in person
Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood, Florida. For local holders this removes the shipping step entirely and usually shortens the whole process by days.
